Charting Library as the engine inside a journaling product
HYPERIQOM is a commercial product for individual retail traders: weekly AI journaling, playbooks, and backtesting. We are applying to license TradingView Charting Library solely as the chart engine inside our dashboard — not as a public charting website, and not as a resale of TradingView software.

Why we need the library
The public embed cannot own our datafeed, cannot carry HYPERIQOM trade studies into the weekly report, and cannot run strategy replay as first-party product UI. Lightweight Charts covers candlesticks, not this full review workflow. Charting Library can.
Features we will use
Custom datafeed
OHLC from Twelve Data through HYPERIQOM’s adapter. TradingView is not our market-data vendor.
Trade overlays
Read-only history or file import drawn as markers (in plan, FOMO, revenge, overtrading).
Strategy replay
The journal and backtesting walk the same bars around each decision.
Drawings stored with the review
Playbook levels and session boxes stay with the trader’s weekly notes.
Multi-symbol and timeframe
Forex, metals, indices, crypto — 1 minute through daily.
Same series as the report
The bars on screen are the bars sent with trade history to the weekly report.
Commitments
- Library files stay on our servers. We do not redistribute, sublicense, or resell them.
- We will not wrap the public embed and present it as HYPERIQOM.
- We will not operate a general charting destination or compete as one.
- We will not use TradingView as a market-data vendor. Prices are planned from Twelve Data.
- We never send orders. Charts on this website today are HYPERIQOM demonstration graphics.
Where it loads
After a licence is granted, Charting Library loads in the dashboard chart host so the journal, backtesting, and strategy replay share one chart. Until then the canvas is ours. We will follow TradingView’s commercial terms.
