HYPERIQOM is strictly a personal data analytics and journaling tool. We do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or social trading.

By using the HYPERIQOM website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern this software preview. They are not an agreement to open a trading account.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old. The product is intended for personal journaling and analytics by individual retail traders. You may not use it if doing so would break the law in your country.

What HYPERIQOM is — and is not

HYPERIQOM is a personal analytics and journaling tool. We are not an exchange, CTA, investment adviser, bank, or payment institution. We do not hold funds, execute orders, manage portfolios, or offer trade recommendations. Nothing on the site is financial, tax, or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

AI tags such as FOMO, revenge, or overtrading are automated estimates for journaling. They are not verified facts, not trading recommendations, and not guaranteed to be accurate.

Preview, sample data, and licences

Dashboard figures, trade lists, example emails, and charts are sample demonstrations unless you later connect a production account under a production agreement. Waitlist signup on this preview is stored in your browser only. This preview cannot send email and is not a paid contract or a guarantee of access. Applying to license Charting Library does not grant you any rights in that software.

Chart views show a HYPERIQOM-built preview. If TradingView grants a Charting Library licence, that software will load only inside HYPERIQOM (host #hyperiqom-chart-host) under TradingView’s agreement. We do not sublicense, resell, or distribute library files to you. Current candlesticks are not TradingView software. Market data is intended from Twelve Data after a data agreement. Until then, prices are simulated. HYPERIQOM is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView, Twelve Data, or MetaQuotes. Their names and marks belong to them.

Your responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for trading decisions, risk, and your account provider’s rules. Do not submit passwords or API secrets on this preview. When production connect features exist, you will use only read-only access you are authorised to use, and only files you have the right to upload.

You will not use the site to place orders, scrape third-party websites, or present HYPERIQOM as a regulated intermediary.

No warranty and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYPERIQOM is not liable for trading losses, data delays, inaccurate AI labels, or downtime. Past or sample performance is not indicative of future results.
